Colorful skies at Driftway Conservation Park during sunset feature old pier pilings silhouetted against the vibrant horizon.

Sunset casts a warm glow over Driftway Conservation Park in Scituate, MA. In the 1930s, Boston Sand and Gravel owned the property and mined it for projects like constructing Logan International Airport. You can see remnants of an old wharf reflecting on the tidal river, which once helped transport sand via barge to Boston.
