Driftway Conservation Park

Sunset at Driftway Conservation Park in Scituate. What looks like a peaceful tidal river has an interesting past — in the 1930s, Boston Sand and Gravel mined the property and used the wharf to barge sand to Boston for projects including Logan International Airport.
