Driving toward Minot Beach at first light, I came across this stretch of marsh in Scituate lit with shifting color. The horizon glowed orange while the sky above deepened into blue — a gradient that lasted only minutes before the sun arrived. Even a brief moment like this, glimpsed from the side of the road, reminds me why I love early morning drives.
