The Harvest Moon lit up the skies today, casting its luminous glow over Old Scituate Light. This celestial event marks the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox, appearing within two weeks of the start of fall.

Shots like this usually end up with the moon being overexposed due to its brightness, so to properly expose both the moon and the foreground, I took two separate photos—one for the moon and one for the foreground—and blended them together.
