I drove by Weir River Farm while I was in the area and stopped for a few photos. The entrance off East Street is one I pass often, and the late afternoon light was lining up just right.

Weir River Farm is a Trustees of Reservations property in Hingham along the Weir River. It’s still a working farm, with animals, equipment, and programs running throughout the year. It’s easy to pass by without realizing it’s open to the public.
The main barn sits above the fields with its large gambrel roof, red siding, and weather vane on top. The John Deere parked out front was a reminder that this isn’t a preserved building frozen in time. It’s still being used.

I only had a few minutes to walk around, but it was enough time to make a few photos before the light moved on.
